I have been asking support to help me on this one problem and have been doing so for 2 weeks now. I am trying to trade actively with FAP Turbo and the expert ID number I am given is supposed to be entered on page 4 of the downloads in order to give you an activation number. This activation number is necessary to go live.
When I go to page 4 of the downloads section, my expert ID and activation number are already there but the expert id number is not the same and the activation code does not work. There is no place to put my expert ID number to get my activation number so I have been stranded for 2 weeks.
All I get is an email every few days that tells me I will get a response in 1-3 days. Does anyone know how I can get through to support so that I can get the help I am seeking.
I purchased the product, went over every FAQ and Forum with no answer.
