Mike Swanson is uniquely dangerous because I think he believes his own hype and therefore presents himself in a very casual, unassuming and unpretentious manner. He is convinced that his limited methods of analysis and approach are the only logical ways to address the markets, yet they are short sighted, simple minded and tunnel visioned. He is obsessed with certain ideal phenomenon taking place before he is willing to place a trade, which therefore compels him to often see their impending unfoldments even when doing so is quite unjustified. Those who disagree he calls lazy and stupid. I avoided being the target of his insults, while paying for his advice, and consequently got seriously burned by not heeding the hard won lessons I had accumulated from much past experience.
He also offers his free Stock Mastery Course with the subscription. He describes the use of certain so called Magical Indicators in a way that describes a recipe for certain disaster. Rather brief historical research can verify this which makes one wonder what he's been thinking about during his supposed considerable years of experience.
