I'm addressing this first part to Emily's review down below about Rob & Karen. Rob is Greg's brother and who cares if he wants to make a living online following his brother's footsteps. All power to them. If they got it - they got it. More than what you could offer and who are you anyway! How many businesses fail b/c they don't know how to market? Well, Bill and Greg are doing a great job marketing their forex education business, why don't you learn a thing or two from them. There are always going to be haters out there and you are one of those... Now, about Tom and his frustrating refund. Tom must be one of those people who never gets anything right or has no luck at all b/c he portrays everything around him negative. Have you seen the movie "The Secret"? If not, go check it out or read the book. It might do you some good. Forex Nitty Gritty is a beginners course and everything is aggregated for you in one place. No scrambling around different websites for the information and even then...you don't know where it's coming from most of the time. Bill has a good reputation and his training style is unique although he's better in risk management in my opinion. So Tom, if you found it online free then why did you jump on Forex Nitty Gritty? Because you were doubtful on the free information at hand and you needed an expert forex figure to confirm what was true and Bill's course erased all those fears and doubts, but now you are no closer to being successful in forex. Why? Because free stuff only goes so far and you will eventually have to pay to learn what others have already spent thousands to learn to give back to the community, but at a price for their wisdom and knowledge. Profits Run wouldn't want you as a customer anyway b/c you would probably complain about everything only to have them lose more money in customer support issues and taking precious time from helping others who really want to succeed in forex. I don't know the whole story with the billing issue but I'm sure it was not intentional. Most likely it was Tom having a user error and Tom WILL see automatic billing again b/c more and more companies are doing it these days from payment plans to continuity offers, so get used to it. That's all I have to say.
